Max vs. Max

If you guys have been keeping up with me on Facebook then you know that I am recently engaged!  I’m totally psyched!  We’re looking at a September wedding and the planning has already begun!  My fiancee, Kari, and I have pretty modest taste when it comes to the wedding plans, but we could definitely use some extra money to help us out over the next couple months.  So I thought I’d offer a sale on some of my artistic wares in hopes that some of you crazy cats wouldn’t mind helpin’ out  a lovestruck cartoonist.

Here’s what I have to offer:

- All of the original artwork for YHT strips is now $40.  This includes the double-size cartoons.  Forty bucks across the board.  Email me at wes (at) maxvsmax (dot) com for availability of your favorite strip.  It’s probably a good idea to have a few faves in mind.  Shipping in the U.S is included in the price.

- I will draw 7″ x 7″ commissions of your favorite characters (comic book or otherwise) for $25.  These drawings will be headshots only, full-color (with Prismacolor markers), and inked with archival inks on 2-ply bristol board.  Shipping in the U.S. is included in the price.

- For $60 I will draw a black-and-white portrait on 9 x 12 bristol board with archival inks.  You can have as many people in the final drawing as I can fit.  If you’d like the portrait to be full-color I’ll charge $80.  Shipping in the U.S. is included in the price.

P.S.  Max vs. Max comics are currently for sale at Schlegel’s Coffee House.  Whatever doesn’t sell during my art show at the coffee shop will be available for purchase here at the website beginning in April.
